Our School Improvement Plan School improvement at Johnson Elementary is focused on increased student achievement in a climate that promotes and supports Positive Behavior Systems (PBS). The “Denver Plan” as well as the commitment and exciting efforts through the CDE Title I School Improvement Grant will guide school Improvement with collaborative work by the staff, parents and the community. Staff and parents will play an integral role in establishing and “living” the Johnson vision, mission and goals. Collaboration and commitment will guide stake-holders toward reaching the goal of increased student achievement and maintaining a focused learning environment with a "Caring Community of Learners."
